Our pricing is volume-based, meaning you only pay for the space your items take up in our truck. Prices include all labor, lifting, driving, and disposal fees. No hidden charges.
Do I need to move items outside?
Absolutely not! We are a full-service team. Whether your junk is in the basement, the attic, or the backyard, our crew handles all the heavy lifting.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
If the items are accessible outside (like in a driveway or yard), you do not need to be home. We can send you photos of the completed job and take payment over the phone.
What items will you NOT take?
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials, including wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, or biological waste.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes! If you call or text early in the day, we can often provide same-day or next-day service across Central Connecticut, depending on our truck routing.
